DR. M. UDAIA KUMAR
Non-Executive Chairman
Dr. Udaia Kumar has pioneered the concept of Microfinance in India and has founded leading Microfinance Institutions such as SHARE Microfin Limited. He is a first generation entrepreneur dedicating his 35+ years of service for the development of financial inclusion programs. He has deep insight into the Indian rural demographics having seen various microfinance cycles.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration and has been trained in Development Studies from Selly Oak College, University of Birmingham, UK and in Microfinance from the Economics Institute Boulder, University of Colorado.
He has provided extensive technical training and consultancy services to MFIs & FIs in India and Southeast Asia working with Asian Development Bank, World Bank (CGAP) and Australian Government (Aus-Aid). He was a member of CII-Banking Committee and a member of the committee constituted by Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India to review the status of Housing Finance in India. He is a member of the Pre-budget consultations Committee headed by the Union Finance Minister. He is the recipient of several awards, including the “Lifting up the World with Oneness–Heart” award presented by the U.N Peace Foundation in New York City, “Change Makers Award” by Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, and “Excellency in Micro Credit” award presented by the Rockefeller Foundation and GF-USA for his pioneering contribution in the field of development finance and financial inclusion.

Managing Director
Ms. Sucharita is the Managing Director of Jacinth Finvest Ltd., bringing over 19 years of experience in advancing financial inclusion through Microfinance and MSME lending. Her professional journey spans key leadership roles at SHARE Microfin Limited, Asmitha Microfin Limited, and Jacinth Finvest Ltd., where she has been instrumental in expanding access to finance to underserved communities and small businesses across India.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from BIOLA University, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
In addition to her formal education, Ms. Sucharita has undertaken several leadership and digitisation programs in the field of inclusive finance from globally renowned institutions such as Harvard University, Boulder University, and the Women’s World Banking Institute.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led IPO discussions, managed corporate demergers, spearheaded fund-raising initiatives, and contributed to strategic growth and transformation within the organizations she has served. She also played a key role in the CGAP project on digitisation, demonstrating her commitment to leveraging technology for greater financial inclusion and operational efficiency.
Under her leadership, Jacinth Finvest Ltd. continues to build a strong reputation as a responsible and forward-thinking financial institution, empowering micro-entrepreneurs and promoting sustainable economic development.
MR. P. I. KOWSIK
Director
Mr. Kowsik holds commerce degree from Osmania University and professionally he is a qualified as a Chartered Accountant and also a Cost Accountant. Totally, he has 29 years of rich experience in Manufacturing, banking (4 years experience in FX treasury operations of the ICICI Bank) and NBFC industries covering all fields of accounting, finance, MIS, treasury, taxation and other statutory compliances.
MS. AKHILA
Director
Ms. Akhila is an MBA with Cambridge University, She has vast experience in the finance and fintech realm. She has been part of business and financial planning team of Wise, UK (a global technology company which works towards efficient money transfers). She is on strategy planning with Checkout.com, UK – a financial technology company that delivers high performance payments platform through cloud base technologies. Ms. Akhila is exposed to international and national methods of management techniques to ensure smooth rollout of business policies. She has been involved in devising marketing techniques for organizations to strategize their offerings and reach out to their target clients.
Ms. ARUNA DORCUS GORLA

Dr. Aruna is an IAS Officer (Retd.). As an IAS officer, Dr. Aruna has a vast and rich experience in administrative, finance and judicial functions in various districts and departments. Dr. Aruna has served as Managing Director in AP Women’s Finance Corporation. Apart from this, she also served as a Special Secretary – Home Department, Secretary – Welfare Department, Commissioner – Land & Administration, Director – Women Development & Child Welfare, Member Secretary – BC Commission and Commissioner – BC Welfare Department. She was a collector and District Magistrate of Khammam, Mahabubnagar, Ranga Reddy and Karimnagar Districts of Telangana, India. She also worked as Chemistry Lecturer in Singareni Collieries Company Ltd Women’s College, Kothagudem. She holds M.Phil and M.Sc. in Chemistry and Doctorate in Divinity.
Mr. V. RAJASEKHAR

Mr. Rajasekhar has over 29 years of IT industry experience with multifaceted skills spanning Business Operations, Change Management, Delivery Management and Strategic Initiatives in Application Development and Validation Services. He has managed and delivered world class quality software products and professional services. His erstwhile association includes Infosys Technologies, SoftPro Systems Limited, Model Soft Limited, Wipro Technologies, ECIL to name few. He is associated with Fortune 500 Clients. He holds Computer Science and Engineering degree from Mysore University and a Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI.
