Jacinth has an established and effective Grievance Redressal Mechanism in compliance with the Reserve Bank Fair Practices Code guidelines.

The customers can raise grievance/ complaint/ issues by visiting the nearest branch or by dropping message in complaint/ suggestion box available at branches
